Have your own cast components made by us. Make use of our comprehensive services spanning design and material consulting, patternmaking, production, post-treatment and quality management. With decades of experience in pressure-retaining and dense components as well as expertise for many fluids we are a strong partner in the fields of mechanical and compressor engineering, and also for positive displacement and centrifugal pumps. Our foundry in Pegnitz, for example, is fitted out with the latest technology and enables high-precision production processes. With our sand casting processes we can manufacture individual components or small batches with a weight ranging from 10 to 4000 kg. We process numerous materials: From simple grey cast iron to nodular cast iron and cast steel and right through to bronze, duplex, super duplex and triplex steel.

Patternmaking

We create your patterns to conventional specifications or via 3D CAD data records. Existing prototypes can also be modified or reproduced.

Post-treatment

In the fettling shop we remove all sand residues from the unfinished cast components and smoothen the surfaces. Annealing enhances the material properties.

Our foundry in Pegnitz produces cast components for you that can be made of steel and stainless steel, grey and nodular cast iron as well as bronze alloys.

We process over 90 different materials in Pegnitz. Apart from ferrous metals such as grey and nodular cast iron (GG and GGG) our focus is on high-quality materials such as steel, stainless steel and bronze. We especially manufacture pump and valve components for use in chemical plants, power stations, refineries, waterworks and waste water treatment plants as well as for building services and industrial applications. We are therefore particularly experienced in materials that are resistant to corrosion and abrasion.
