  1. Which qualifications are required for the INSA?
    This training programme is aimed at staff with several years of experience in the administrative field or technical field, preferably at one of KSB’s existing global service units and good English skills.
  2. When can I apply?
    The application period occurs once annually in August/September; specific dates will be published in advance.
  3. How can I apply to participate in one of the training programme?
    An application form is available for download during the application period. Please complete this and send it by the submission deadline to insa@ksb.com.
  4. Who covers the costs?
    Costs for the training sessions, travel and accommodation costs shall be covered by CU Service. Please click here to get detailed Information about covered costs by CU Service. Expenses, wage and salary costs for participants’ absence from their home location are excluded. These costs shall be covered by the respective local companies.
  5. How does the application process work?
    At the end of the application period, submitted applications are assessed by a selection panel. Potential candidates are then invited to complete an online English test. The selection panel then decides on final participation
  6. When will I find out whether I have been successful?
    You will be sent confirmation as soon as your application documents have been received. You will then receive a final notification on whether you can participate in December at the latest via e-mail.
  7. When does the training take place and how long does it last?
    The training programme principally takes place in Germany. It has a duration of two years. The programme’s content is covered in four blocks each lasting four weeks, tasks between the modules and the final project work. The attended sessions take place in spring and autumn respectively. The final project work will be carried out in the region of the participant. It is based on a topic relevant to KSB SupremeServ in order to put the learned content into practice. Finally, the participants present their project works to the selection panel during the graduation week.

  9. What are the duties of the line manager of an INSA participant?
    - Provide the INSA participant with basic equipment
    - Regular exchange with the INSA participant about his/her training progress
    - Plan the absence of the participant

  10. Can I suspend single modules of the training programme?
    Suspension of single modules is not possible and will lead to exclusion from the training programme. Costs already incurred must be reimbursed.
  11. Can free time be used for individual events?
    Planned common activities, including at weekends which are mentioned in the agenda, are compulsory and serve to promote the INSA team building. Free time slots can be individually used.
