The four modules are officially completed with a final project work with practical focus.


Prerequisites:

This training programme is aimed at staff with several years of experience in the administrative field or technical field, preferably at one of KSB’s existing global service units and good English skills.


Training programme duration and location:

The training programme principally takes place in Germany. It has a duration of two years. The programme’s content is covered in four blocks each lasting four weeks and project works between the modules. The attended sessions take place in spring and autumn respectively. These are complemented by additional e-learning units. The final project work will be carried out in the region of the participant. It is based on a topic relevant to KSB SupremeServ in order to put the learned content into practice. Finally, the participants present their project works to the selection panel during the module 4.


Costs:

Costs for the training sessions, travel and accommodation costs shall be covered by KSB SupremeServ. Expenses, wage and salary costs for participants’ absence from their home location are excluded. These costs shall be covered by the respective local companies
