INSA - International Service Academy

Achieving the aims of the aftermarket strategy is a global task which must be tackled locally. To be successful we need competent and well-qualified staff at our service locations capable of developing and expanding our services at a local level.
To this end, 2018 KSB SupremeServ established INSA – the International Service Academy – offering KSB Service staff a service-oriented training programme directed at administrative and technical staff worldwide.

The programme comprises four modules and is officially, completed with a final project work.

All modules feature theoretical and practical components allowing participants to apply the know-how they gain immediately. Internal and external trainers will deliver training content via e-learning and attended sessions.

Following successful completion, programme graduates will maintain close contact with INSA and will have the opportunity to discuss and deepen their experiences as part of regular graduate meetings in the future. Participants will continue to help shape the further global development of KSB SupremeServ.
