Celebrating women in the workplace : International Women’s Day 2025 at KSB Indonesia

KSB Indonesia hosted a series of engaging and inspiring events, dedicated to celebrating and empowering women, particularly in the workplace. These events, held on March 7 and March 14 2025, brought together employees to discuss important yet exciting topics such as mental health, self-care, and grooming. 

Not only provide valuable insights, these sessions also fostered a stronger sense of community and appreciation for learning, engagement, and appreciation for self-care and professional development. 

Celebration of International Women's Day: A Series of Inspirational Activities at KSB

March 2025 became a special moment for all KSB employees to celebrate International Women's Day. As a form of appreciation for the role of women in the workplace, KSB held a series of events that were not only inspirational but also beneficial for personal development and employee mental well-being.

Mental Health Discussion & Grooming Workshop

On Friday, March 7, 2025, the activities began with a discussion session titled "Mental Health in the Workplace," led by Ukon Komarasari, an experienced HR Consultant at KSB. In this session, participants gained insights into the importance of maintaining mental health in a dynamic work environment. The discussion provided a space for employees to share experiences and receive practical tips for managing psychological challenges in the workplace.

In addition, on the same day, a grooming workshop was held, led by Lizda Fathia, a fashion stylist. The workshop was open to all employees, both male and female, and provided an understanding of the importance of professional appearance in the workplace. Participants learned basic grooming techniques that could enhance self-confidence and create a positive impression in daily professional interactions.

Self-Makeup Class & Chunky Bag Class: Maximizing Creativity and Self-Care

To conclude the series of events, on Friday, March 14, 2025, KSB hosted two exciting workshops: the Self-Makeup Class and the Chunky Bag Class.

The Self-Makeup Class offered participants the opportunity to learn simple makeup techniques that could be used to look professional in the workplace. Guided by an experienced instructor, this session became a platform for employees who wanted to improve their makeup skills in a practical and efficient manner.

On the other hand, the Chunky Bag Class provided a creative experience by teaching employees how to make trendy crocheted bags. This activity was not only fun but also beneficial for honing creativity and reducing stress after a busy workday.
