KSB Indonesia’s head office, factory, and service workshop is in Cibitung while our sales office is in Jakarta. Covering Indonesia’s territory, our sales offices, representatives, and service workshop are available in Cilegon, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Sangatta, and Makassar, supported by authorized dealers and service partners.
