KSB's Hya 2 D FL family can always be relied on in the event of a fire.

When effective fire protection using wall and external hydrants is required, compromises are not an option. With its fire-fighting stations of the type HyaSolo 2 D FL and HyaDuo 2 D FL , KSB offers fully automatic, reliable single-pump and dual-pump systems for fast and effective protection in the event of a fire. All fire-fighting systems of the KSB Hya 2 D FL family meet the stringent DIN 14462 requirements for hydrant fire-fighting systems. The models of the HyaDuo 2 D FL systems offer additional safety with a redundant control system per pump.

Note: To prevent microbial contamination of the public water supply system by fire-fighting water, fire-fighting systems must be separated from the water supply system by suitable means, e.g. break tanks. In the event of a fire, water will automatically continue to be supplied as required. Such equipment must be designed to prevent microbial contamination during water supply or when tanks are overfilled. Fire-fighting pumps must exclusively be used for fire-fighting and not for maintaining the pressure of the fire-fighting system, for example, or as drainage pumps for overflowing tanks.
