KSB won the title of "Foreign-funded R&D (Research and Development) Center of Minhang District"

Recently, Shanghai KSB Pump Co., Ltd. was recognized by the Municipal Commission of Commerce and won the title of "Foreign-funded R&D Center in Minhang District". Foreign-funded research and development centers refer to institutions established by foreign investors to engage in research and development and experimental development (including intermediate tests for research and development activities) in natural sciences and related scientific and technological fields, including basic research, applied research and product development. Since the beginning of this year, Minhang District has newly identified 5 foreign-funded R&D centers, and KSB is fortunate to be among them.

At present, the accelerated gathering of foreign-funded R&D centers in Shanghai, the level of continuous improvement, has become a new force in the construction of Shanghai science and technology innovation center. By the end of May,512foreign-funded R&D centers had settled in Shanghai, mainly in advanced manufacturing, high-end service industries and key development industries, such as biomedicine, intelligent manufacturing, integrated circuits, new material technology, digital information technology and artificial intelligence, and there are many industry leaders such as the World's top 500 companies. On June 15,2022, Shanghai Mayor Gong Zheng issued the 35th batch of certificates for the newly recognized 30 regional headquarters and 10 research and development centers of multinational companies.
