The KSB ApplianZ app contains four application modules: pre-sales advice, after-sales service, channel management and sales network. In the pre-sales advice module, users can find the products they require together with the relevant technical literature (e.g. type series booklets, technical data sheets, operating instructions etc.).  
In the after-sales service module, users can make an appointment with a service engineer or receive additional online services.

In the channel management module, our annually contracted distributors can view KSB’s new channel manangement police, track their performance and request market support.

The mobile app enables users to access KSB information anytime and anywhere. It also provides contact details for local sales teams.
