Summary of Job description
- Prepare and compile quality documents as per the quality control plan (QCP).
- Review and approval of supplier certificates / test documents from national and international suppliers.
- Prepare quality inspection and test plan ITP.
- Responsible for preparation of quality control plan (QCP).
- Create quality documents as per various international standards (DIN, ISO etc).
- Monitor and display the status of entrusted works in regard of schedule and result.
Qualification and experience
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering with good understanding of Quality processes and project management
Knowledge / skills required
- Knowledge and exposure to ISO 9001 & 140001.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance
- Exposure to IM Documents and change management.
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of Material Specifications and complaint Management.
- Exposure to QA documents ISO, ASME.
- Good knowledge of KSB Products and SAP.
Behavioural Competencies
- Communication Skill.
- Planning and coordination skill.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skill.
- Knowledge of German language will be added advantage
