KSB inspires me, a product that I feel passionate about, a position that challenges me and stretches me into different areas, the management that encourages and empowers me to do my best and a great work environment which makes me feel like a home.
My journey with KSB family started from January 2011 as Officer in Aftermarket department (Supreme Serv) as a field service Engineer and from 2011 till today, this journey is nothing but a happy movie.
Completing 150 years that to with market leadership has been achieved just because of Great People, Passion towards achieving milestones and High Performance products. KSB has always been a wonderful place to work with highly motivated management and enthusiastic colleagues.
Here I got a chance to work in various areas, I began my journey as a field service Engineer where I came to know the about our products. I learned how the KSB brand was built over the years when I visited customers. During my visits, I witnessed the value and respect that KSB has gained over the years.
As you know our HR team and our management have adopted very good policies like internal transfers or job rotation. I took a benefit of this and moved toward new assignment in TSS Modification and energy Audit.
Responsibility comes with opportunity and opportunity comes with responsibility. Handling a new product like KSB Mechanical Seal is a very good opportunity to work, I know this is not easy task but the motivation and will power of all of us and management guidance will definitely make it easy.
