Mr. Seshadri Kollengode

It gives me immense pleasure to share my experience of 28 years at KSB Limited.  I joined KSB in May 1996 as a Service officer and worked for almost 15 years in the Service Department. In 2012, I was entrusted with the responsibility of the Technical Order Processing Department. (TOP). As KSB continued to grow by leaps and bounds and consolidated its strong market position, I was assigned the challenging responsibilities of the newly created Department., of Contract Management in 2017. This was the most rewarding experience I had in my career, being part of a team that was building something completely new.  The year 2022 has been most significant for me, adding a new feather to my cap, to Head the PMPS which allowed me to use the technical as well as operational knowledge that I gained over the years at KSB.  

I have been fortunate to work under an incredible leadership team from the beginning I could witness a culture where employees at the workplace feel like they are part of something bigger. I appreciate the open working culture and great support system offered by senior leaders that constantly reassured me to stay longer and outperform my duties diligently. At KSB customer satisfaction is of paramount importance in business. Therefore, we are always on the toes to seek suggestions from our customers to serve them even better.

I feel proud to be working in one of the greatest pump manufacturing plants in India, which sets the highest quality benchmarks and takes utmost care of the surrounding community. It is heartening to see the relationship the workers, employees and community shares with KSB Ltd.

Kudos to KSB for continuously soaring to new heights and new benchmarks! Wishing unparalleled success in years to come!
