I started my journey with KSB Pumps, Chinchwad as an Assembly Fitter in November 1993. We used to test selected pumps in my department. However, I got immense learning about the nature of work and methodology. At KSB, the motto of 'Health is wealth' is religiously followed through Annual Health check-ups.
Apart from work, KSB gives equal importance to the happiness of employees for which the company organizes trips annually. Theatre plays and lunch are organized for the entire family during the Dasara festival where our families also get to know each other. Our family members are also invited to the company tour informing them about the process, pumps and operating machines that we work on.
For the past 2 years, on the event of International Women's Day a trip is organized for spouses of employees. Games, lunch and transportation facility is provided during this event.
Our Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Jain Sir once said that the contribution of KSB workers and the support of our families have led to the growth of the company. Because of KSB, I could fulfill the dream of my own house, my son got an opportunity to work with KSB after completing his engineering degree.
In appreciation of my work, I was promoted as an Officer. While I always feel happy to work here, I am also willing to learn more. KSB has shaped me into the person that I am today.
