I remember the time when I completed my I Government course (at ITI Pudukkottai) during the year 1983-85 and secured second place and had completed my apprenticeship in BHEL in the year 1987 and obtained 3rd place in that academic year, it was a wonderful time. While working in the BHEL Ancillary unit as a Supervisor, luckily, I saw a newspaper advertisement for employment in KSB Pumps Ltd. Immediately, I applied for the same and became a part of the KSB family after clearing through a series of interviews conducted by the KSB Team. 

After joining KSB, I was given an opportunity to work on the conventional machines. From the very beginning my top management officials and my co-operators were very humble towards me and extended their fullest cooperation to complete my task and discharge my duty effectively.

On observing my potential and Intelligence on technical aspects, our Management deputed me to undergo a training on "CNC programming and operating" at BFW, Bangalore. After successful completion of the training, I was given an opportunity to work at the CNC machining centre. At that time, I informed my higher official about my interest in pursuing my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Management and my top officials were kind enough to consider my request and granted permission to pursue my studies, due to that I successfully completed my Diploma Mechanical engineering in the year 2000 and came out with first class grade. 

In the year 2006, our management was kind enough to promote me as a Management staff and put me in the cadre of Junior Engineer. Subsequently, I was given an Engineer position and now I have been promoted as an Assistant Manager.

I have also got the liberty to visit all my top officials and staff at any time to get my doubts/opinion cleared. The company also gave me an opportunity to carry out work independently.

Having worked in the renowned organization of KSB, my family status and social status has increased to a larger extent. I also believe that due to working in KSB, my wife pursued her higher studies in a renowned university and my both children completed their education in high standard educational institutions.

All along my experience in the KSB journey, I could see that KSB is a system-oriented company and everywhere and every day technology is updated in all aspects for the continuous growth of the company. I can proudly say that KSB is taking care of all the needs of employees and their well-being for their comfortable living.

I express my gratitude for various training programmes including training on "Technical & Management Skills" offered to me time and again throughout the days of my service to upgrade myself and to come up to this level.
