My career began as an MRE in the Engineering Department, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing both personally and professionally. Looking back on my 30+ years with KSB, I am filled with immense gratitude for the guidance and support I have received from both my seniors and juniors. Their mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my career, and I’ve shared the same with my younger colleagues.

One of the standout moments during my journey was the achievement of ISO certification for the Coimbatore division. I was fortunate to be part of the team that contributed to the documentation process for this significant milestone. It remains a proud moment in my career, reflecting the collective hard work and dedication of the entire team.

In the past, I used to take engineering drawings printouts from the Ammonia Printing section. Today, the digitalization and technological advancements, such as SAP and other digital tools in the Engineering Department, have made the job much more comfortable. These developments have greatly simplified processes, provided better control, and improved overall efficiency. Among the new systems we use, the IBR Digital system has been especially valuable in streamlining time management and boosting productivity.

The collaborative culture at KSB, where mutual respect and support are at the core, has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional life. Our HR team also plays a vital role in creating a positive work environment by organizing training programs, team-building events, and stress-relief activities. These initiatives help maintain a healthy work-life balance and contribute to our overall well-being, making KSB a great place to work.
As I reflect on my time with KSB, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped my career. I look forward to continuing my journey with the company, contributing to its ongoing success with the same passion, dedication, and commitment that I’ve had since the very beginning.
