My Journey with KSB Ltd started in the year 2011 as an Officer in the P&A Energy department. It gives me immense pleasure to share my experience of 13+ years at KSB Limited. With KSB I got an opportunity to work on various segments in the Energy department which enriched my knowledge and always kept me motivated. KSB offered abundant chances to develop skills and foster connections within the KSB Global Network. I am grateful to KSB for providing me with a platform to learn, adapt and apply my knowledge and ideas.
It was the year 2016 when management entrusted me with the opportunity to work on the localization of pumps required for the FGD Segment. Handling a new product for the FGD application was a very good opportunity to work. Despite the challenges, the guidance from the team made it manageable. In 2017, management nominated my name for 9 months of impact training at KSB Germany Pegnitz plant. Glad to work under the able leadership team of KSB.
In 2022, KSB Group celebrated its 150th anniversary globally embodying the principles of "People, Passion, and Performance," which underpins our market leadership. It is an honour to be associated with one of the greatest manufacturing companies in India and globally, setting the highest standards of quality. Witnessing KSB's substantial growth over the past 7-8 years has been remarkable. The most incredible thing about the company is its working culture and the freedom to work on tasks independently.
Throughout my career at KSB, I had many opportunities to socialize with different teams, taking time for extracurricular activities. At KSB we see a lot of initiatives like team outings, special events and anniversary celebrations which make employees feel engaged and appreciated.

It's been an exhilarating journey so far and I wish KSB great success in the years to come.
The message I would like to leave here is Never say no to any change, or to move out of your comfort zone, it is always for something bigger and better in store for you!
