Starting as a Sales Engineer in the Submersible product segment at KSB and having around eighteen dealers, to managing the Branch office in Jaipur, Rajasthan with a strong network of more than seventy dealers with an impressive annual turnover, we've come a long way!!

The opportunities and responsibilities given to me have helped me in my professional growth. It was in the year 2007 when the management entrusted me to take over the role of Jaipur Branch Head. I remember being both excited and nervous about the new role as I realised that I would be taking on the accountability and responsibility of the entire branch. I deeply appreciate my very capable team and mentors at KSB for helping me to adapt to the new role effortlessly. It has been an exciting and wonderful journey since then.

As a Branch Manager, I have been actively involved in collaborating with various people from multiple disciplines, from Engineers to TSS, Recruiters, Marketing Associates, Dealers, and Customers in one-to-one or one-to-many settings. My position focuses less on day-to-day operations and more on making a business strategy, guiding my team, and setting long-term goals.

Over the years, KSB has given me a lot of learning opportunities, be it technical, behavioral, intellectual or management skills, various programmes. KSB's systems are so robust that it takes a very little time for anybody to accustom themselves to this organization. On the personal front, KSB has given me a lot of stability which others can only dream of in today's corporate culture. I am grateful to be a part of an inspiring organization.
