My journey with KSB family started from April 2007 as an Officer in Aftermarket department. It is almost 15 years memorable journey with KSB. With KSB I got an opportunity to be exposed to various service segments which enriched my knowledge and I was given a role which makes me feel challenged and motivated...
The international projects & task at domestic level, specifically NTPC Sipat was an incredible experience of Installation and commissioning of Engineered CHTD Pumps. The unintended opportunity of overhauling of CHTD Pump at early stage of my career in KSB changed my thought process and I learnt that everything is possible at Field. KSB has made me a fine professional and also motivated me to develop the competencies of other engineers who joined at later stage. The Development cycle with KSB never stops but provides rich experience which helps to build strong team and bonding amongst the teammates.
The encouragement from KSB Management and additional portfolio of "Warranty resolution" for almost 03 years, helped me to connect with Peoples/ Customers during their utmost need. Tested patience and resilience during various task completion and with the great support from senior management, we overcame all the difficult situations in Field operation . So I can say proudly, our success rate and acceptability by customer is keeping us surely nearer to the top in service segment.
"People, Passion and Performance" are the motive behind our Market leadership. KSB provided a lot of opportunities to develop skills which helped me connecting to KSB Global network through Academy platforms. The !earnings through the platforms are now in a reality with SupremeSery in the form of Seal facility at PPD and New service station at BADDI, Himachal Pradesh. The training and development of team and our customers is an ongoing process and our HR dept plays crucial role in that. I am sure that the "SupremeSery Academy" at our Chinchwad plays the vital role in developing our future leaders.
No doubt, our affirmative strategy has sent a strong message to world that KSB will achieve even newer heights in "Fluid Handling" , as well as in "SupremeServ" segments. The effective strategy & Sustainability, at KSB , are the key factors in our success Mantra and I am very proud that I am the part of this success journey.
