Manager (Contract Management)

Summary of Job description

1. Track and ensure orders are booked and executed on time.
2. Ensure timely submission of post order documents.
3. Review periodically orders in hand with the team using SAP reports and other tools.
4. Ensure all requirements as per the KSB QMS, Track cash flow of order and ensure claims and receipts of advances.
5. Organise and attend meeting with customers/ client/ consultants/ vendors.
6. Communicate and coordinate with other KSB offices (when applicable) for smooth execution of the project.  
7. Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS, TSS and manufacturing to ensure smooth progress of project.
8. Visit Customers post order, expediate approvals.

Qualification and experience

B.E. Mechanical with 12 to 14 years of relevant experience
