2024 KSB China Annual Distributor Meeting

With the theme of "Forged over Three Decades, Heading to a New Future" the meeting attracted numerous distributors and guests from the German headquarters. The event not only covered the development journey of 2023 but also explored the cutting-edge trends of the industry for 2024, digital marketing strategies, updates on the localization of product plans, and more, broadening the horizons and inspiring the minds of the attendees.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. He Jun, the Executive President of KSB North Asia, kicked off the event by detailing the performance of KSB globally and in North Asia for the year 2023.
Subsequently, leaders from the German headquarters also provided retrospectives and outlooks for 2024 for their respective business units.
Moreover, Mr. Zhu Jiongyi, General Manager of KSB Shanghai, shared the achievements of KSB Shanghai in 2023 and discussed the development and direction of channel management for 2024 with the distributors.
Next, leaders from finance, marketing, technology development, data algorithm, internal audit, and sales of various business units also shared KSB's leading strength in technological innovation and product research and development, winning high recognition and anticipation from the distributors.

To express gratitude for the distributors' relentless efforts over the past year and their close collaboration with KSB, an award ceremony was established for the distributor representatives. The atmosphere was warm and filled with laughter and joy. We hope that through this opportunity, we can celebrate the joint achievements of KSB and our distributor partners.
This event not only allowed KSB's del partners to have a cordial exchange with the company's senior management and share experiences and insights but also demonstrated the unity and spirit of cooperation within the KSB family.

Finally, Mr. Zhu Jiongyi, General Manager of KSB Shanghai, delivered a wonderful summary and report for the distributor meeting. Mr. Kannefass, Executive Director of the KSB Group, also called in online to congratulate the successful holding of the distributor meeting and highly praised the distributors' partners for their brilliant performance in 2023. At the same time, he expressed deep wishes for the new journey of the KSB Group in 2024. 
Amidst cheers, everyone took a group photo to commemorate the event, looking forward to meeting again next year! The future is full of infinite possibilities. KSB will continue to work hand in hand with distributors to jointly explore the market, meet challenges, and achieve win-win development.
