KSB Shanghai was awarded ‘China Top Employer’
The annual "China's Top Employers" list was officially announced today, and Shanghai KSB Pump Co., Ltd. has been awarded ‘China Top Employer’, which is a certification to our excellent performance in human resources strategy and practice.
Top Employer is one of the most influential certification programs in the world. Sponsored by the Top Employers Research Institute, which has been internationally renowned since its establishment in 1991. It has passed a globally consistent certification standard test and has been audited by an independent third party to identify the employers in the region who can provide the best human resource environment for their employees. The evaluation covered six HR areas and 20 topics: talent strategy, work environment, talent recruitment, learning and development, salary and welfare, and corporate diversity and inclusiveness culture.
In the latest KSB VOICE global employee Engagement survey conducted by KSB Group through Kincentric, a professional third-party organization, Shanghai KSB Pump Co., Ltd. achieved a good result of 85% of employee engagement satisfaction, which is ahead of the average engagement of 68% in the global industry sample database.
