KSB Channel Management Platform Phase II Grand Launch: Reaching New Digital Heights
Another significant milestone has been reached in KSB’s journey: with great excitement, we celebrated the launch ceremony of KSB Channel Management Platform Phase II. This not only marks a major step forward in enhancing services for our distributor partners but also opens a new chapter in KSB’s digital transformation.
Amid the ongoing wave of digital transformation, KSB remains committed to fully implementing a digital strategy in its distributor collaboration model and channel management. Through this self-developed platform, we are not only providing more efficient service support to our partners but also bringing a new level of operational management within the company. The launch of KSB Channel Management Platform 2.0 is a significant achievement under our ongoing digital strategy.
Mr. Frank Zhu, General Manager of KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd., delivered an inspiring opening speech at the ceremony. As the host, Mr. Zhu warmly welcomed all the guests, partners, distributors, and colleagues, both on-site and online, expressing his heartfelt gratitude. In his speech, he reflected on KSB’s 30-year journey of growth and resilience, while also looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead with our partners.
Following this, Ms. Joyce Teng, Director of Human Resources for Asia North and Marketing Director of KSB Shanghai, gave a detailed presentation on how the Channel Management Platform empowers distributor and sales teams. She also introduced the new Gift Mall feature, which allows promotional materials and training courses to be directly accessible to distributors in need. This innovative initiative will help us offer better support to our distributors and improve overall service levels.
The highlight of the launch ceremony—the official activation—then unfolded. As the numbers "Five, four, three, two, one..." flashed on the big screen, both the on-site and online audiences counted down together. This countdown was not just a simple sequence of numbers but also a symbol of our anticipation and confidence in the new phase of the KSB Channel Management Platform.
When the countdown reached zero, Mr. Frank Zhu and Mr. He Jun, Executive President of KSB Asia North, stepped forward in front of the audience. Together, they unveiled the covering over the new Channel Management Platform 2.0 logo. At that moment, the room erupted in applause and cheers, and online participants expressed their excitement through comments and messages. This new logo not only represents the upgraded image of the KSB Channel Management Platform 2.0 but also symbolizes our firm commitment to innovation, service enhancement, and digital transformation. With the unveiling of the logo, the KSB Channel Management Platform 2.0 officially went live, marking a new chapter in the shared growth between KSB and its partners.
Amidst the warm atmosphere, the ceremony moved into the platform feedback session. Ms. Lunar Li from KSB Shanghai’s Channel Management team presented the key feedback and user satisfaction from the testing phase of Platform Phase II. Most of the distributors and internal sales staff who provided feedback highly praised the new features and interface, while also offering valuable suggestions for improvement. These insights have not only provided us with important references but also guided the direction for future optimizations. We are grateful to every user who contributed feedback, as your valuable opinions drive the platform’s continuous progress and help us better serve our distributors and partners.
Next, Ms. Amy Qiao, HR Business Partner at KSB Shanghai, gave a detailed introduction to a series of professional training courses that will soon be available to distributors. These courses are designed to enhance distributors’ professional skills and business acumen, further promoting collaboration and development between both parties. Through these training programs, KSB hopes to grow alongside its distributor partners, empowering them and enhancing the overall professional level and market competitiveness of the sales teams.
Following the training introduction, the ceremony entered the distributor interaction and awards segment. Not only did this session showcase KSB’s commitment to its partners, but it also provided a platform for distributors to share their insights and suggestions.
This session was hosted by Mr. James Gao, Sales Director for General Industry and Building Services at KSB Shanghai. Mr. Gao emphasized that KSB not only provides distributors with convenient, standardized, professional, and efficient service support through online platforms but also offers comprehensive offline cooperation support. Whether it’s planning market promotion activities or conducting product technical training and exchanges, KSB is dedicated to maintaining close interaction and cooperation with its distributors. We also invited Mr. He Yuheng, General Manager of Nanjing Lingdu Environmental Technology Company, one of KSB’s regional agents in Wuxi, to share his experience of successful collaboration with KSB. Mr. He detailed how their joint seminars with KSB enhanced brand influence and market share, offering valuable insights for other distributors.
To express our gratitude to the distributor partners who provided valuable suggestions for improvements during the construction of the KSB Channel Management Platform, we included an award ceremony as part of the event. After a rigorous selection process, we chose eight outstanding companies from among many distributors to be recognized. Representatives from the winning distributors went on stage to receive their awards, which were personally presented by Mr. Frank Zhu. The audience responded with enthusiastic applause, acknowledging their significant contributions to the platform's development. These award-winning distributors are not only KSB’s partners but also vital supporters on our path forward.
Finally, Mr. He Jun, Executive President of the KSB Asia North, delivered a closing speech for the launch ceremony.
