30 Years of KSB Shanghai: Innovation and Growth Hand in Hand 

This year marks the 30th anniversary of KSB Shanghai, a company that has consistently innovated and expanded its global presence in the manufacture of pumps and valves. 

The event began with an enthusiastic speech from Mr. Zhu Jiongyi, General Manager of KSB Shanghai, who warmly welcomed the guests and reflected on the company’s illustrious 30-year history.

KSB Shanghai’s success over the past three decades would not have been possible without the support of local government and various partners. To mark this special occasion, Mr. Zhang Jianxin, Director of Jiangchuan Subdistrict, and Ms. Lu Xiaoyan, Deputy Director, presented KSB with a calligraphy artwork titled "Solutions. For Life.," symbolizing friendship and best wishes, further strengthening the company's bond with the local government.

Digital Innovation: Leading Future Product Development 

Amid the celebration, KSB unveiled its latest digital products and technological solutions. Mr. Chen Lei, KSB Shanghai’s Digital Project Manager, introduced the company’s latest breakthroughs in smart management and data algorithms, which help clients optimize equipment management and enable remote monitoring through technological innovation.

Following this, Mr. Diao Chengjie, KSB Shanghai’s Technical Management Manager, along with Product Manager Mr. Xia Yaoning, provided a detailed introduction to KSB’s new generation of pump products, highlighting the company’s cutting-edge advancements in energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency. These innovations not only demonstrate KSB’s deep understanding of industry needs but also further solidify its leadership position in the global market.

Oktoberfest: A Fusion of Culture and Fun

The Oktoberfest celebration was undoubtedly another highlight of the event. Managing Director and CSO of KSB Group, Mr. Kannefass, was in attendance, along with several global division presidents, including Mr. Hoffmann (President for Petrochemical & Chemical), Mr. Pabst (President for Energy), Mr. Haag (President for General Industry), Mr. Schneider (President for Water), and Mr. Seidenfaden (President for SupremeServ). Their presence underscored the global leadership team’s strong support for KSB Shanghai.

Mr. He Jun, Executive President of KSB Asia North, and Mr. Zhu Jiongyi, General Manager of KSB Shanghai, welcomed the guests on stage. Together, they tapped the beer keg, officially kicking off the Oktoberfest. The atmosphere instantly reached its peak, with guests raising their glasses to celebrate, enjoying the joy brought by great food and beer.

Authentic German beer and cuisine were served, providing guests with an authentic taste experience. To further enhance the evening, the event featured a special presentation by Mr. Luo Xinyuan, a judge from the China Craft Beer Association, who gave an in-depth introduction to several carefully selected craft beers. Guests not only enjoyed delicious beverages but also gained a deeper understanding of the unique beer culture and its endless charm.

In addition to the culinary delights, the event included fun interactive activities and traditional German folk performances, adding vibrancy and excitement to the night. Energetic dance performances and unforgettable musical acts pushed the atmosphere to its peak, adding a unique flair and passion to the celebration, making it an essential highlight of the evening.

KSB Shanghai’s 30th Anniversary: "Our Thirty Years" 

At the climax of the celebration, KSB Shanghai employees performed an original song titled *Our Thirty Years*, specially composed to commemorate the company's 30th anniversary. The song, co-created by participants in the MAP program earlier this year, expressed the employees' deep affection for the company and their strong sense of belonging. It also reflected the company’s commitment to employee development through platforms like the North Asia Management Academy. The melody resonated throughout the venue, giving guests a profound sense of KSB’s team spirit and confidence in the future.

As the event drew to a close, the host expressed KSB’s gratitude to all the guests and partners for their support.
