2024 Annual Manager and Sales Meeting

This meeting not only invited leaders and management personnel from KSB North Asia and KSB Shanghai, but also had the honor of inviting Mr. Kannefass, Executive Director and CSO of the KSB Group, as well as presidents from various business units, to report on the satisfactory performance of KSB Shanghai in 2023 and the outlook for KSB Shanghai in 2024.

Day 1: Business Focus Retrospect and Prospect

At the beginning of the meeting, all participants gathered together and warmly applauded the opening speech of Mr. Kannefass. Mr. Kannefass praised the development of KSB Shanghai in 2023 and presented the business overview of KSB Group in 2023 and the plan for 2024 to all members, which provided a clear direction for the new year's work.

During the speeches of Mr. He Jun, Chief Executive President of KSB North Asia Region and Mr. Zhu Jiongyi, General Manager of KSB Shangha, we felt the company's brilliant achievements in 2023 and gained an in-depth insight into the vision of 2024. The atmosphere of the meeting gradually heated up in admiration of the company's past achievements.

After a short intermission, Mr. Dong Jianwei, Chief Financial Officer of KSB North Asia Region, reviewed the work of finance control in 2023 and introduced the plan for 2024.
 

Subsequently, the global president of each business unit and the director of each business unit of KSB Shanghai reviewed the business of the global market area and looked forward to the planning of each market area in 2024, and the leaders of the headquarter who were not present at the meeting also recorded videos to express their affirmation of the work of all of us and the development plan in 2024.

KSB has made significant progress and results since focusing on digital development, the last part of the project also focuses on digital sales results and review, Chief Data Scientist Dr. Dai Linshan presented the " KI-PUMP SENTINEL (凯泵卫士 in Chinese)" highlights in 2023 and the plan for 2024. It also proved once again that Cosby Shanghai is getting better and better in terms of digitalization.

Day 2: Comprehensive Review and Clear Planning

In the early morning of the second day's meeting, Dr. Sha Yujun, Chief Technical Director of KSB Shanghai Pump reviewed 2023 and made plans for product management, R&D and technical support in 2024. Then, focusing on the areas of marketing, branding and human resource development, Ms. Teng Yanran, Chief Human resource officer and Chief Marketing Director of KSB North Asia Region provided all-round support for the company's strategic planning.

KSB's focus on employee safety is a persistent philosophy and a company culture. The Environment, Health and Safety area was summarized in detail by Mr. Qian Weidong, Deputy General Manager of KSB Shanghai Pump Co., Ltd. The operation area was shared by Mr. Jiang Ping, Chief Operation Director of KSB North Asia Region, who shared the company's experience in the past year and plans for the future. Mr. Liu Baiyu, Chief IT Director of KSB North Asia Region, focused on information technology and digitalization.

In the annual " Red envelope" session, Mr. Zhu awarded the sales targets for each division for the new year, and Mr. He also brought the two new sales targets for this year.
 

The leaders of the company awarded trophies to the outstanding sales winners of the year 2023, recognizing everyone's efforts in the past year, and also encouraging everyone to make even better achievements in the year 2024 to draw a perfect conclusion to everyone's efforts this year.

Finally, Mr. Zhu Jiongyi, General Manager of KSB Shanghai made a summary speech for the one and a half day 2024 Annual Manager and Sales Meeting, and the meeting ended successfully with warm applause.

In this fulfilling and exciting manager and sales meeting, the KSB team not only reviewed the efforts and achievements of the past year, but also clarified the development direction and plan for 2024 under the guidance of the leaders. All attendees worked together to contribute to the company's prosperity and were fully prepared for the challenges of the new year.
