About us

KSB Poland began operating on the Polish market on 7 December 1993, introducing equipment for water and waste water handling, industry and energy to the Polish market.

We offer a wide range of products: From domestic rainwater treatment systems, through technically advanced pumps, to units supplying boilers in power plants. The range of valves in various sizes and materials allows for a wide range of applications.

KSB's range of pumps and valves is complemented by comprehensive hydraulic systems. Our customers include municipal and industrial plants, which we equip with pump systems and control components. The company’s experts develop a global portfolio tailored to customer needs, carry out turnkey projects and develop projects in close co-operation with our customers.

The scope of production includes an extensive range of services. Our qualified service specialists are at your disposal to ensure problem-free operation of your industrial and municipal installations.

Our head office is located in Bronisze, near Warsaw. We also have a branch in Kraków and representative offices throughout Poland. Our service centres are located in Bronisze, Przyszowice and Leszno. KSB Service also has a branch in Tarnów.

History

2015

Grand opening of the new foundry in Grovetown (USA).

2014

Establishment of KSB's representative office in Colombia.

2013

Opening of the new KSB Válvulas Ltda. factory in Jundiaí (Brazil)

2012

Acquisition of 80 % of the shares of T. Smedegaard A/S in Glostrup, Copenhagen

2011

Acquisition of the South Korean valve manufacturer Seil Seres Ltd.

2010

KSB acquires 80% of shares in the Italian company ITACO s.r.l. specializing in energy-saving motors.

2009

Production begins at the Lingang plant near Shanghai.

2008

KSB begins cooperation with the Japanese company Nikkiso.

2005

Takeover of the Brazilian valve producer IVC, São Paulo.

2003

Takeover of Dutch pump manufacturer DP Industries B.V. in Alphen.

1996

Takeover of mining application pump manufacturer GIW Industries, Georgia/USA.

1994

KSB enters the Chinese market with the joint venture KSB Shanghai Pumps Co., Ltd.

1990

Acquisition of a pump factory in Halle; Germany.

1989

Acquisition of AMRI S.A., Paris, Europe's largest manufacturer of butterfly valves.

Takeover of Pompes Guinard S.A. in Paris
