Yes, if you have a login for the KSB Web-Shop with order authorisation, you can access offers via your MyKSB area and order directly in the Web-Shop.

Which KSB products can I purchase online?
You will find extensive information about each KSB product under Products and Services on the KSB web site.
KSB’s products are based on type series. Within each type series there are different variants and sizes. A product available for purchase is a concrete variant and is identified with a material number. You can purchase these products directly via our Web-Shop online. If you do not see a shopping cart button next to a product, it will have to be configured before you can purchase it.

Authorisation for access to KSB’s spare parts lists is granted to you following review by KSB when you register for MyKSB. You may not yet have this access. This will take you straight to the registration page.

I would like to receive KSB's invoices digitally. Where can I report this?
Please send us an e-mail to invoices@ksbnl.nl with your full name and address, together with the e-mail address to which the invoice should be sent and a recent KSB invoice number. We will take care of the rest.

I want to return my KSB product. What do I need to do?
Did you receive the wrong product from us, or did you accidentally order the wrong product yourself? Then please contact your KSB contact person. His/her name and contact details can be found on our invoice. If the product is eligible for return, your KSB contact will send you a return form and instructions on how to return it. Prior contact and a properly completed return form are essential for the processing of the return and for any credit.
Can I purchase KSB products online?
With MyKSB access, you gain access to the KSB Web-Shop. We will determine the scope of authorisation together with you as part of your registration. You can purchase KSB products and spare parts via the KSB Web-Shop.
