Key Accountabilities: 

  • Service, Maintain and Grow our Customer Base in the country Nigeria
  • Product Awareness and Marketing of KSB service activities to the  various market sectors with a special focus in Mining ; Oil & Gas, Water and Industry, Industry, Energy and Building Service. Continuous training on products and applications to service staff of Dealers 
  • Control, manage and grow the sales of KSB Pumps  aftermarket
  • Grow KSB Pumps sales and KSB market shares by the influence of the service rendered.
  • Manage and motivate all Pump partners and maintain a high standard of technical support to accredited Dealers’ Workshops
  • Ensure that the required quality standards and customer delivery are met by optimal utilization of the resources available
  • Ensure that Customer Relationship Management system C4C is kept up to date at all times with accurate Customer information, Customer contacts, Construction sites, Opportunities and Tender information
  • Liaison with Head of KSB SupremeServ and other KSB Departments to improve customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Prepare, produce and issue reports, documents, and briefing papers according to set deadlines
  • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation upholding KSB Pumps And Valves Nigeria Limited Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply with and ensure KSB Policies and Procedures are adhered to
  • Update work instructions as and when required
  • Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time


Education: 

Diploma in Maintenance and Service or Technical Diploma (Mechanical/Instrumentation)

Experience:

Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Service Environment, for Pumps and Valves, with Management responsibilities

Requirements:

Computer Literate Excel, Word, Outlook Universe; SAP advisable, English speaking and the ability to work towards tight deadlines and priorities
