Compliance
The set of activities that ensure by the company and its employees a conduct in line with the regulations and that help prevent incorrect behaviors is called "compliance". This term also includes compliance with contractual agreements and commitments made voluntarily.
In KSB, the Code of Conduct forms the basis of compliance activities
The document describes the key principles of commercial and legal policy that are used both in relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners and within the company itself. It also defines the company's behavior on the financial markets and in the countries in which it operates.
In particular, appropriate conduct implies acting with integrity, reliability and transparency. Respect for these fundamental values is a requirement to justify the trust that business partners have in the company and in the quality of the products and services offered.
