With MyKSB, you can manage all business transactions between you and KSB online. In addition to the basic functions of MyKSB, this includes tracking of quotations and orders, displaying of your individual net prices for KSB products, as well as the possibility of ordering new products and spare parts via our Web-Shop.

What is MyKSB and for whom is it suitable?
MyKSB is available exclusively to you as a business customer of KSB. MyKSB enables you to manage all of your business transactions with KSB online. In addition to the basic functions of MyKSB, you can call up the quotation and ordering status of your purchase orders. Also, your individual net prices for KSB’s products will be displayed for you online.
With MyKSB you can additionally purchase products and spare parts that are available for purchase online directly via the KSB Web-Shop. We will check your registration for MyKSB and will decide together with you about the type and scope of your access.

How can I register myself at KSB?
You can register for MyKSB on the KSB web site. More information on the scope is available here. You can also register directly there.
Access to MyKSB is a business customer access that we check individually before deciding together with you about the scope of your authorisation. Processing can take up to 72 hours and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You can enjoy the following benefits immediately following registration, however: Explore all type series, add material numbers to your shopping cart and save them in a watchlist for later on.
Please note that access to MyKSB is granted to individual persons only and that each employee of a company must apply for his/her own access.
I am a private customer. Does it make sense for me to register myself for MyKSB?
KSB’s web site is the central platform providing information about KSB products to everyone. By registering for MyKSB as a private customer, you can make use of limited functions that help you search more efficiently on the web site for information. You can explore all type series, add material numbers to your shopping cart and save them in a watchlist for later on. In addition, you will always have up-to-date information on all news concerning our products (subject to prior consent).

I cannot log in to MyKSB and instead receive the message “Your access is denied”. What can I do?
Your access to MyKSB will be blocked for security reasons if you have been inactive for 90 days. To receive access again, please contact our support team.
I cannot log in to MyKSB because I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
Have you forgotten your password? Please go to the login page for MyKSB. Click on “Forgotten password?”. You will be sent an e-mail for resetting your password. We will send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you specified when you registered. After the new password has been issued, you can log directly in to MyKSB with your user ID and the new password.
I cannot log in to MyKSB because I have forgotten my login details. What can I do?

How can I cancel my access to MyKSB?
If you would like to cancel your access to MyKSB, please contact our support team.
Please note that we can only cancel access to MyKSB after we have spoken to you and possibly also to other contacts within your company.
One of our employees has left our company. How can I have this person’s access to MyKSB cancelled?
Only the registered user himself/herself can apply for cancellation of access to MyKSB. Please note that access to MyKSB is open to everyone.
If you would like to cancel one of your employees’ access to MyKSB, please contact our support team. We will then examine how to proceed together with you.
Can I change my consent for receiving marketing information from KSB?
You can edit your consent for receiving information by e-mail in your MyKSB profile in the account settings area. You can also view the current status here.
