Imran Ghani
Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Imran Ghani serves as the Managing Director & CEO of KSB Pumps Company Limited, Pakistan, while also holding the additional responsibility of Head of Central Asia.
Mr. Ghani has effectively articulated his engineering and business experience, spanning over 32 years, in leading multinational organizations within Pakistan and leading businesses in Middle East & Africa. His leadership skills have been sharpened by attending multiple leadership & management courses, workshops and seminars globally. He is a certified Trainer of Situational Leadership from Ken Blanchard which helps him to be an example of Servant Leadership.
Mr. Ghani is serving as the Vice President Pakistan Foundry Association as well as the Senior Vice President of German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GPCCI).

Imran Ahmed
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Imran Ahmed, with a strong educational background in Accounting and Economics brings extensive and diverse financial expertise to his role. He joined KSB Pakistan in early 2022 as a member of the Management Committee and serves as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Supply Chain, Digitization & IT. 
Before joining KSB, Mr. Ahmed held key positions—including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Supply Chain, Administration, and IT—at various national and multinational companies in Pakistan. 
His leadership spans establishing new business verticals, managing successful mergers, and handling complex large-scale O&M projects and service contracts. He is also adept at meeting multidimensional financial reporting requirements for international organizations and statutory bodies. 
With experience across Textile, Energy, Engineering, Power Equipment , Tile Manufacturing, and FMCG sectors, Mr. Ahmed combines strategic financial acumen with operational excellence.

Muhammad Imran Malik
Chief Commercial Officer

Muhammad Imran Malik serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at KSB Pumps Company Limited, where he oversees Pumps & Valves, Supremeserv, Product Management, Exports, and Strategic Marketing functions. He is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. Under his leadership, KSB has notably strengthened its market footprint and enhanced customer engagement across all market areas, effectively aligning commercial activities with the company’s broader strategic objectives.
With over two decades of senior leadership experience, Mr. Malik has held prominent positions at renowned local and multinational companies within the oil and gas sector, the white goods industry, and leading EPC companies. He is recognized for building high-performance teams, cultivating long-term client partnerships, and successfully navigating complex market environments. His strength lies in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable business results.
Mr. Malik is also a Certified Director, having completed advanced executive programs in corporate governance, strategic sales & marketing, and project management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His combined technical expertise and commercial insight make him a vital contributor to KSB’s executive leadership for organisation’s long-term strategic growth.

Fida Hussain
Chief Manufacturing Officer

Mr. Fida Hussain currently holds the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer at the manufacturing facility in Hasanabdal. He has been a member of the Management Committee since 2022, contributing to the strategic and operational leadership of the company. 
Mr. Hussain holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. With over 31 years of professional experience, he has held several key positions across various functions, consistently delivering results through operational excellence, process optimization, and effective team leadership. 
Throughout his career, Mr. Hussain has demonstrated strong technical expertise and managerial acumen, making significant contributions to the company’s manufacturing capabilities and overall productivity. His leadership continues to play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and performance of KSB’s operational activities.
