Summary of Job description
- Handle Submersible Pumps Warranty Resolution
- Coordinate with Toll free service representative for operational issues / changes
- Visit site for Sub Complaints resolutions
- Handle In-House Pump Repair Activity (Chargeable)
- Conduct Customer Training
Qualification and experience
Diploma in Mechanical/Diploma in Electrical/BE Mechanical/ BE Electrical Min 7 - 12 Years’ Experience in Engineering Industry preferably Pump Industry in Customer Service
Knowledge / skills required
- Basic Commercial knowledge
- SAP Knowledge
Functional / Technical Competencies
- MS Office proficiency
- Communication Skills
- Hands on experience in Pump repairs
- Basic Commercial Knowledge
