Summary of Job description
- Maintain & Record the warranty claims/ complaints of KSB Mechanical Seals from SAP.
- Collect, Evaluate & Analyse relevant data from customer / visiting engineer regarding the claim/complaint.
- Work out corrective action required and ensure implementation through co-ordination with concerned departments.
- Support in Booking warranty orders, with timely closure of claim through coordination with respective departments.
- Coordinate with internal departments like Central Warehouse, TSS, BO/Zos, Order booking Team, Marketing Services & Pune Service Centre.
- Support to ASC's Engineer for trouble shooting in various application, conduct scheduled ASC audits in line with policy.
- Maintain MIS and prepare reports & Quality related meetings (Q Coms).
- Communicate warranty status with customers on regular basis.
Qualification and experience
Diploma / B. E in Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years/2-3 years of experience
Knowledge / skills required
- Pump application and service knowledge
- Basics of Mechanical Seals
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of MS office, Power point etc
- Knowledge of SAP SD/ MM
