Summary of Job description
- Conduct Inspection for pumps, parts & accessories inhouse and at Vendor end.
- Review various documents such as casting, forging hard ware, instruments ,couplings, seals, Bars & fabricated items
- Prepare inspection reports& offer to TPI
- Offer RT, MP & UT test to Customer.
- Conduct First sample inspection report of components
- Maintain on time inspection in receipt inspection
- Supervisor to inspector and follow up for their daily work & Resolve the problems
Qualification and experience
DME 4-6 Years /B.E. 2-3 years of Experience
Knowledge / skills required
- SAP (QM module) awareness is a must
