Senior Executive – QM

Summary of Job description

1. Conduct inspection of castings and forgings in line with all QM requirements. 
2. Interpret the Radiography films for RT castings and review the RT reports. 
3. Update material test certificates of castings and forgings in the system and review of MTC’s & NDT reports received in line with all QM requirements 
4. Prepare new RSS, Checking of pattern Layout & review of pattern inspection report.
5. Carry out Sample inspection at foundry and review the reports & clearing.  
6. Execute final inspection of CMG valves, accept GRN and check applicable documents and upload in to SAP. 
7. Accept the valves through production order and inform concern department.
8. Support final QM for documentation requirements
9. Accept the  machined components from Sub Contract suppliers with respect to inspection report in line with all QM requirement.

Qualification and experience

BE – Mechanical or metallurgical with 3 to 5 years of experience

Knowledge / skills required

• Knowledge of Quality Management 
• Knowledge of SAP- QM module & MS Office
