Senior Executive- Nuclear (Machine Shop)

Summary of Job description

1.  Responsible for Shift Supervision of Nuclear pump component machining.
2.  Provide solutions technical problems related to tooling, programming activities.
3.  Coordinate with Q.A, sub-contract, MRP  for day to day activities.
4.  Follow up for shortages.
5.  Supervise and solve process related problem .
6.  Monitor production booking for shop  associates. 
7.  Implement ISO9001, OHSAS, EMS and 5S at shop .
8.  Responsible for Notification closure with proper CAPA.
9.  Initiate productivity improvement and process improvement.
    

Qualification and experience

BE with 4-6 Years of Relevant Experience

Functional / Technical Competencies

•  Knowledge of turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Lapping  process.
•  Knowledge of cutting tools and fixtures
•  Knowledge of various measuring instruments and gauges, GD&T
•  Knowledge of CNC Programming and different codes G and M code, setup proving
