Senior executive (Material Resource Planning)

Summary of Job description

1.  Responsible for preparation of monthly/quarterly rolling plan in coordination with Contract management and Engineering 
2.  Achieve invoicing targets as per annual business plan with close coordination with Purchase, Production and contract management
3.  Responsible for Material planning using various material planning tools to improve availability of material and reduce material shortages
4.  Coordinate with Purchase for daily shortages to adherer to monthly production plan and achieve monthly sales targets
5.  Coordinate closely with Subcontracting team for machined components to be processed from outside vendors
6.  Inventory control – Maintain overall inventory as per annual business plan and liquidation of non-moving inventory and slow-moving inventory.
7.  Ensure On Time Deliveries as per targets set by top management
8.  Submit MIS Reports to various stake holders within stipulated time 
    

Qualification and experience

BE (Mechanical) with 4 to 6 years 

Knowledge / skills required 

• Techno commercial skills
•  Knowledge of various planning tools

Functional / Technical Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of SAP PP and MM Module
•  Exposure to MS Project tools

Behavioural Competencies

• Communication and Presentation skills
• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving Approach
