Senior Executive (Integrated Management)

Summary of Job description

1. Responsible for system document control, preparation of documents, update and release the same in the system.
2.  Manage QDDS portal, user management by addressing user queries.
3.  Prepare Monthly MIS reports, Safety MIS and suggest improvement in the reports by having inputs from the plants.
4.  Monitor EHS performance of periodic reporting to KSB AG, identify legal requirements applicable for KSB India and monitor the Compliance.
5.  Support in various audits like, SQIP audits, in process audits, godown audits, ISO internal audits, surveillance and customer audits.
6.  Coordinate for Customer Satisfaction Survey for KSB India.
7.  Coordinate with plants to prepare, monitor, report of Capital expenditure.
8.  Responsible for planning of IMS Trainings, coordination and implementation of new systems at all locations, check with local IMS regarding environmental issues.
9.  Plan the corrective and preventive actions in verifying their effectiveness after implementation and conduct management review meetings periodically.
10.  Communicate with Plant MRP for OTD DEMAIC.
11.  Work on various Digitization projects within Quality functions.
     

Qualification and experience

DME with 5-6 years of experience/ BE- Mechanical with 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
