Summary of Job description

  1. Responsible for booking of techno-commercial orders of pumps into SAP System.
  2.  Circulate order acceptance via SAP to respective customers after checking the PO receipt and actual booking in system.
  3.  Follow up for material shortages with Planning, Production & Purchase department.
  4.  Responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports which shall consist of order intake summary and on time delivery of pumps.
  5.  Responsible for daily allocation of pumps as per customer requirements after packing feedback and circulating the dispatch instructions to excise and dispatch department.
  6.  Responsible for daily monitoring and communications of countries urgencies & ensure timely feedback to them.
  7.  Ensure monthly direct sales targets achievement against the potential.
  8.  Arrange the bi-weekly meetings with all export countries to discuss on OOH statement, sales targets, quality complaints, techno-commercial issues etc. to have better and close   co-ordination
  9.  Contribute to provide technical/commercial support to countries and Technical support team.
  10.  Coordinate with QM, Test Field, Client for TPI activities from plant & ensure IRN and dispatch of same.
     

Qualification and experience

B.E Mechanical; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 
3 to 4 years for B.E & 5 to 6 years for DEE/DME relevant experience in similar / relevant industries
 

Knowledge / skills required 

  • Knowledge of KSB products
  •  Knowledge of commercial aspects for despatch procedures and
  •  documentation procedures.
  •  Knowledge of Third-party Inspection activities
     

Functional / Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in SAP – SD/PP Module and MS Office (Specially Excel).
  •  Proficiency in Pumps selection as per customers specifications and understanding customer service aspects.
  •  Review of monthly sales target and assessment of achievable targets.
