  1.  Warranty Resolution for all CBS Products 
  2.  Customer Communication 
  3.  Product Failure Analysis 
  4.  Product Improvement Initiatives 
     

Qualification and experience

 Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics
Min 6 - 8 Years’ Experience preferably in Pump Industry. 
 

Knowledge / skills required

  • Hands on experience in handling of HYPN Systems
  •  Knowledge of SAP, CRM Software, MS-Office, MS-Excel
  •  Knowledge of PLC, VFD & Different type of Starting methods
     

Functional / Technical Competencies

  • Carry out Warranty Resolution Activity on Day to day basis for CBS Group of products . 
  •  Customer Communication  
  •  Failure Analysis  
  •  ASC Training & Development (Moviboost & all other CBS Products )
