Summary of Job description

Responsible for Packing of Pumps, API plans & Spares. Arrangement of packing boxes as per dispatches.
Prepare packing list for pumps & plans & make OBD of Pumps & Spares
Maximize the utilization of man power & machine through proper WIP at every work station according to its capacity & efficiency. Control and Monitor activities of all Pumps Project Spares (Project & Standard pumps) from issue to dispatch
Prepare and achieve monthly Packing plan as per set target for pump & P-Spares.
Responsible for On time delivery of P-spares & Pumps
Spread awareness amongst employees towards Quality job
Coordinate with various departments like Store, TOP, CM, PPC, MRP, Quality Control, Purchase to execute monthly dispatch plan for Pump & P-spares.
Order packing boxes and maintaining an optimal inventory of consumables for the easy packing of P-spares.
Co-ordinate third Party inspection activities in packing dept.
Promote idea management for betterment of product and customer satisfaction
Prepare & execute the Audit activity.
Execute 5S & Lean activity.
