Summary of Job description

1. Conduct pump performance testing
2. Offer pump performance to Customer and TPI as per approved QCP, Test procedures & reference documents
3. Prepare test reports and offer to TPI/ customer for review.
4. Maintain 5S /housekeeping activities at test bed.   
   Review & study Pump QCP, testing procedures & data sheet.
5. Perform stage & final inspection of pump/parts & spare verification.
    

Qualification and experience

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in similar / relevant industries

Knowledge / skills required

• Knowledge of Pumps requirements
• Knowledge and familiar with requirements of testing codes and standards
• Aware about pump assembly processes and pump setup
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and calibration
• Knowledge of SAP- QM Module
   

Functional / Technical Competencies

• Offer pump testing to TPI and customers
• Prepare reports and get reviewed from TPI customers
• Create X3 notifications based on observations while pump testing
