Officer (Maintenance)

Summary of Job description

1. Carry out Mechanical Breakdown maintenance of CNC, HMC & VMC machines.
2.  Handle basic Electrical breakdown of machines
3. Carry out Mechanical Breakdown maintenance of Conventional machines
4.  Carry out Preventive maintenance of machines as per PM schedule
5.  Responsible for handling Material Handling Equipment for machine maintenance activity.
6.  Work effectively on maintenance of utilities like EOT crane, Air compressor, DG set.
7.  Maintain 5’s in maintenance area & Spares management.
8.  To follow safety practices during carry out maintenance job.
9.  To have knowledge of ISO system.
10.  To have knowledge of various instruments
    
     

Qualification and experience

Diploma (Mechanical) with 5 to 6 years of  relevant experience

Knowledge / skills required 

•  Knowledge of CNC & Conventional machines & utilities
•  Knowledge of ISO systems.
•  Knowledge of 5’s, TPM & safety practices
•  Knowledge of heavy crane handling, material handling equipment’s
•  Knowledge of SAP system PM module
