Summary of Job description
- Responsible for preparation of monthly / quarterly rolling plan to Evaluate fixtures and tooling best suitable and required for machining activities.
- Create and Monitor database for Fixtures and Tooling for all machines in CAM software including modelling of Fixtures and special Tooling.
- Improvise productivity and bring continuous improvement in Production activities for CNC machines
- Responsible for 3D CAD Modelling CAM Programming activities using UG NX & NX CAM software respectively.
- Manage Tool Crib & new tool procurement.
- Follow up for the On-time delivery of materials with the vendors.
Qualification and experience
BE (Mechanical) with3 to 4 years in manufacturing Industry with CAD CAM work
Knowledge / skills required
- MS- Office & Windows 11.
- Reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings and technical specifications.
- Good organizer and Smart working.
