Manager – Technical Sales Support

Summary of Job description

1. Responsible for order booking of traded products.    
2. Promote sales of traded products both directly and through dealer network by extensive travelling 
3. Provide guidance to TSS Engineers in handling Technical queries, offer making and project pricing.
4. Give Product presentations to customers.
5. Negotiate with customers on Techno-commercials.
6. Prepare and finalize Annual Rate Contracts.
7. Ensure timely Order booking in SAP.
8. Carryout Contract Review of all orders and ensure complete handing over of  sales orders to Contract Management.
9. Liaison with concerned departments to conclude technical and commercial feasibility for project enquiries and with Sales offices for customer related issues.

Qualification and experience

B.E. (Mechanical) with 12 to 14 years of experience in the relevant field

•  MS Office proficiency and SAP SD module
• Product and Manufacturing process
• Commercial Know How
