Manager (Logistics)

Summary of Job description

1.  Manage inward and outward logistics for KSB Ltd at all plants and all warehouses at PAN INDIA level.
2.  Draft & Vet contracts with transporters, C&F agents, forwarders etc. 
3.  Responsible for Rate and contract finalisation in addition to negotiation for PAN India.
4.  Drive Digitalisation like GPS tracking, consignment tracking.
5.  Manage Insurance co-ordination and damage control.
6.  Prepare SOPs related to logistics for PAN India with Legasis team for system related issues.
7.  Responsible for C&F for all Warehouses.
8.  Responsible for quality of Services provided by the Transport companies
9.  Handle Export & Import activities (including CHA agreements & forwarder agreements)
   - Airline agreements 
   - Courier Services ( Domestic & International)
   - C & F (Carrying & Forwarding)
    

Qualification and experience

Any Graduate with 10+ years of  relevant experience in handling logistics at PAN India level 

Knowledge / skills required

• Knowledge of Logistics, Inward & Outward activities, Rate Negotiations, Insurance co-ordination & damage control.
