Deputy Manager (Field Accounts (Credit Control & Finance)

Summary of Job description

1. Responsible for accounts receivables activities for complete south zone including 3 branch offices (Bangalore, Secunderabad & Kochi). 
2. Responsible for accounts payable activities for complete south zone. 
3. Evaluation and fixing of credit limits to customers and dealers of zone.
4. Coordination of GST Tax related issues including sales tax returns for Kerala & Tamil Nadu.
5. Budget planning (Capital, Revenue & IT) and implementation of Capital Purchases & IT for South Zone.
6. MIS, AR presentation to management and finance audit coordination for the zones.
7. Handle fixed assets record, TDS records, employee income and professional tax assessment.
8. Coordinate and monitor with HO team for resolution of all issues related to credit control and finance of south zone.

Qualification and experience

B.Com/M.Com with MBA preferred with 8-9 years’ experience in similar job profile.

Functional / Technical Competencies

• Knowledge on finance process including AR & AP, Dealer Management
• Good accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge of GST and Commercial terms
