Location: Initially 6 months at Pimpri (IPD) & then at EPD (Kesurdi)
Summary of Job description
- Process requirement of Instrument & Electrical equipment (Motor, Panels Junction Box, etc.) as per project Orders by Technical Order Documentation.
- Convert Customer’s requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
- Prepare & submit project Instrument & Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing & documents as required by Customer/Consultants.
- Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly
- Review & approval of Instrument & Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Panels Junction Box, etc.) data sheets, GAD, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals
- Review Instrument & Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings.
- Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production
- Create aggregate BOM of Instrument & Electrical equipment (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc.).
Qualification and experience
DME 4-6 Years of experience / B.E. 2-3 years of Experience
Knowledge / skills required
- Knowledge of various Standards like NEEMA, IS, IEC, API, DIN, etc.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly and testing of all types of Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) and Instruments
- Awareness in Electrical equipment’s and Instrumentation design
- Exposure to Auto CAD and UG NX
- SAP (SD module) awareness is a must
- Analytical Ability
- Experience / exposure in project Instrumentation & all types of Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Panels Junction Box, etc.) planning & execution
