Assistant Manager ( Technical Sales Support- Domestic)

Summary of Job description

1. Understand market requirement of new products in Industrial segments.
2. Launch products after analysing, prototype testing and checking techno-commercial feasibility.
3. Coordinate with respective TSS and understand the requirement of the customer and suggest improvements, if any in existing products wherever required.
4. Prepare Purchase requisition in SAP for the traded/ branded products.
5. Coordinate with vendor to ensure timely delivery of the product.
6. Convey any special requirement to the vendor in coordination with respective TSS  and ensure that its incorporated in the product based on the inputs received from the market/ dealer/ internal team.
7. Support vendor for various system and payment related issues.
8. Ensure timely supplies from vendor and support plant in case of any discrepancies. 
    

Qualification and experience 

DME / B.E. Mechanical with 3 to 5 years’ experience in pump industry
