Summary of Job description
- Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per plan in LP assembly.
- Responsible to complete the production orders within lead time
- Monitor the Production booking in the shift
- Ensure reduction in rework and rejection on continuous basis
- Maintain shop floor discipline and 5’S activities
- Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED / Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan.
Qualification and experience
DME with 7 – 9 years / BE with 5 – 7 years of Experience in the relevant field

- Valve Assembly Skills
