Summary of Job description

  1.  Visit site for rendering service to KSB India and KSB group products for new installation, start-up, trouble shooting, overhauling/revision, breakdowns, modifications etc.
  2.  Collect application & operation related data for understanding criticalities & possible problems. 
  3.  Support in different offers preparation as per site requirement including offers for modification.
  4.  Identify the service needs of customers & promote service business.
  5.  Gather application & operation related data and various salvaging techniques, used by our customers. 
  6.  Present the collected information on claims/ complaints to after sales for work solutions & implement solutions.
  7.  Prepare standard service offers independently and special offers with the help of seniors.
  8.  Prepare case studies for presentation during training.

     

Qualification and experience

DME with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in similar / relevant industries

Knowledge / skills required 

  • Knowledge of Standard Industrial Product Service

  •  Knowledge of Execution of Field Service Activities
  •  Knowledge of Trouble Shooting
